our footprint
To guarantee the economic viability of our company, not any means will work, even less if they must put a life worth living at risk.
Making money or giving work at the expense of precarious working conditions or polluting the environment is not only not sustainable for the company, it is not sustainable for society, nor for the planet. It also generates an ecological debt towards future generations that is unpayable and unforgivable.
01
Quality Products

Many of the large coastal restaurants centralize their kitchens and abuse ultra-processed products; unfortunately it is a very widespread preparation system. We don't think it's ethical. We do not believe that it is what you want to pay and that is why we cook only with fresh and top quality products.
Obviously we know that there are people who do things better than us, that is why we trust expert producers. Farmers from Camp de Tarragona; local butchers and artisan bakers, etc...
02
Sustainability
- We control and reduce energy and water consumption.
- All the electrical energy used comes from renewable energies.
- Full/low consumption LED lighting throughout the premises.
of customers, we have installed timers.
- All the water we serve and consume is bottled in recyclable glass. We have eliminated 90% of the plastic and the one we must use, we do so until the end of its useful life.
- Crazy about recycling, from oil to glass and cardboard.
- We invest in more efficient machinery.
- Plus we hate waste, especially food waste.

03
Local and Independent
Above all, Panorama Nikkei Bar & Mediterranean is locally owned and employs local people. It does not belong to a chain and it does not have a headquarters, so the money you spend stays in the region.
04
By and for the team
The hotel business as a business model should not be at odds with the balance between the personal and professional lives of all of us who participate.
- Everyone in the team has contracts for 40 hours per week.
- The weekly days are 40 hours, respecting the necessary and mandatory rest days.
- The contracts are adapted to the agreement and to the professional category.
- The personal and family situation of the team members is taken into account to establish schedules.

And if you visit our beach or natural spaces...
leave nature as it is
If visiting nature is among your plans, keep in mind that you will be the one who will be home to a multitude of fauna and flora. Do not move stones from one side to another, do not take items such as shells, stones, plants...
When you are on a route or excursion, do not shout or raise your voice. Don't leave the designated trail either, and if you plan to stop to rest and eat something, leave no trace behind in nature when you leave.
Use public transport
Public transport will always be the best option for your trips. In your accommodation they will inform you of the best connections to move around the destination. Traveling by train, bus or tram, for example, will give you another perspective of the city.
Another option, the most sustainable among all, is to get a bicycle. You will be able to get further than if you do it on foot and in less time.
Minimize waste generation
It is true that when we are traveling, it is difficult for us to carry elements that we can do without and we resort to "use and throw away". In order not to generate more garbage, it is good that, as in our day to day, we use reusable bags or bottles and avoid plastic tableware and cutlery. Also, look at how it is recycled in the city or in your own accommodation so that each piece of waste is in the correct container.
Don't waste energy
When we stay in a hotel or rent an apartment, we usually do not worry about the cost of water or electricity with the excuse that we have already paid for everything. Who has not ever left the card in the room and the air conditioning has been running for hours? In addition to business accounts, with this energy waste we are harming the territory to which we have traveled and the planet in general.
